 | All prices are based on cost per person unless otherwise specified. |
 | All caterings are served buffet style unless otherwise specified. |
 | Rental charges may be applied for linen, tablecloths, china services,
etc... |
 | Set-up and clean-up charges are included in all prices. |
 | Delivery charges are included in all prices within our normal delivery
range. For some long-distance events a delivery charge may be
accessed. |
 | Please schedule your event as far in advance as possible.
Tentative information must be provided at least seven (7) business days
prior to the scheduled event and a confirmation must be given within
forty-eight (48) hours of the event. |
 | Cancellation or changes require four (4) business days prior to the
scheduled event or a possible service charge will be incurred. |
 | If your event does not meet these time restraints, please call us and
we'll try to work something out with you. |
 | Due to County Health Regulations, no unconsumed food or beverages are to
be taken from the premises. Any food or beverage remaining at the end
of the event is the property of the FUSD Catering Department and must
be removed and/or disposed of. |
 | As always, the catering suggestions you see here are samples of what we
can do. If you have a particular preference or idea, feel free to
contact us and we can work with you to create a custom menu that works for
your needs and fits your budget. |
