Where to Register
- Registration forms are available at ALL 3 High Schools or at the FUSD Admin Buidling, and ALL incoming registered FUSD Sophomores will have one sent directly to them.
- Registration forms will be accepted at ALL 3 High Schools with the Bookstore Managers. You may also register at the following location Monday-Friday from 7:30 am-4:30 pm (Closed from 1-2pm for lunch) with Terri Sanchez:

Payment Information
- Payment of $280.00 is due at the time of registration. Students will NOT be able to attend class until all fees are paid in full. Community Education accepts cash, check/money order, Please make payable to Community Education, Visa, or MasterCard. There will be a fee of $1.50 if paying by VIsa or MasterCard.
- Checks returned by the bank will be charged a $25.00 handling fee.
- The Arizona State Income Tax Credit allows a tax credit for board aprpoved required fee, paid to a school, including Driver Education.
Refund Information
- If Community Education is notified 10 days before the start of a class there will be a $50 charge (total refund of $230.00). There will be NO REFUNDS if Community Education is notified less than 10 days before the start of a class.
- A full refund will be made if Community Education cancels class, please allow 4-6 weeks for refund.
