Teachers, please open and read one of these documents first. If you do not follow these instructions, your reports may not look or function as they're supposed to. Really. We're not kidding. Don't argue. Just do it.

Control-click or right-click on the links below. From the pop-up menu, select “Save Target As…” (if using Internet Explorer), “Save Link As…” (if using Firefox), or "Download Linked File As..." (if using Safari). Then, save a copy of the file to a location of your choice.
