ATTENTION NEW GRADUATES
MESSAGE FROM ADE: For NAU students who complete a State Board approved teacher preparation program and graduate in May should receive an Institutional Recommendation (IR) from NAU. If an IR is given to a student, he/she does not need official transcripts or the regular Application for Certification and will get their certificates issued same day. Of course, they have to have passed the Professional Knowledge and Subject Knowledge exams. When they come to our office we usually issue same day if they have the exams and no crime questions.
