Effective March 19, 2012, the cost for Fingerprint Clearance Cards is $67.00 (per the AZ Department of Public Safety). "Applications received by the DPS after March 19, 2012, with the $69.00 fee, will be returned requesting the correct fee of $67.00" **Cashier's check or money order only; DPS cannot accept personal checks.**
Please be advised the Flagstaff Police Department also rolls prints for Fingerprint Clearance Cards. They CHARGE an additional $7.00. They are available Mon.- Sun. , 7:00am to 7:00pm. For more information, dial 928-214-2530.
