CHANGE IN THE ACCESSIBILITY OF HUMAN RESOURCE FORMS

Goal: Human Resources would like to place several of our “forms” on the FUSD webpage.

Purpose for this change:

1. To make the forms more easily accessible to administrators.
2. Revisions made to forms, will be immediate, and made accessible toadministrators. This will address old forms being used, after revised ones were sent out.
3. Future Goal: Make the forms "fillable", which could then be emailed.

Questions:

1. Which forms are we talking about?

Recommendation For Hire; Personnel Action Request Form (PARF); Vacancy Posting Request

2. When will the forms be "fillable"?

As soon as possible.

Reminder: When a position is specific to a department, which oversees the position/budget, please remember to send your forms to that department. (Example: Special Education to Michele Moore; Tech/CAVIAT to Doug Allan; Bilingual Ed. to Mike Fillerup and Title I to Nina Jones/Sylvia Johnson).
