Technology Purchasing Information

It is the goal of FUSD's Technology Department to standardize as much as possible on certain types of technology equipment. This is for three reasons - to enable effective technical support; to effect competitive pricing; and to ensure compatibility with existing equipment and to the District's network.
Below is a list of recommended technology equipment brands and models, as well as a list of contacts for our Contracted Vendors for technology equipment, and other recommended vendors. As technology pricing changes all the time, you should call or e-mail these vendors directly for current contract or education pricing information. |

For Dell equipment, please check the FUSD Dell Premier pages.
For Apple equipment, please check the FUSD Apple Store pages
For Microsoft Office, please note that the District has purchased a districtwide license for this product. Please contact Tech Services to have the latest version installed on your machine(s).
For Adobe software, please contact CDW-G, as FUSD has a Contract Licensing Program set up with them - please ask for FUSD CLP Pricing when gettting a quote.
For Projector Mounts: please check with Maintenance about the particular requirements of your individual situation before ordering - electrical and other requirements will need to be arranged first; you will need to place a Maintenance Work Order. Once your situation is cleared by Maintenance, you should then obtain a quote from either Troxell or CCS Presentations, specifying the exact requirements of your situation, as obtained from maintenance.
