      Pickup/Drop-off procedures 2016
If you are PICKING up your child (ren), you will need to line up according to that pickup lane area. When you are driving down S. Gillenwater, K-1st student pick up come down the RIGHT lane (closest to the houses), and the 2nd-5th grade student pick up come down the middle lane, leaving the left lane open for buses. The K-1st pick-up lane is right by the school on the east side of the building, and the 2nd-5th pick-up is on the left side of the driveway. It is clearly marked, and we will be out there, guiding the way. If you have a 1st and 4th grader, the 4th grader will line up with the K-1st grade students. If you are here for a meeting after school or need to come into the school; you will need to be in the K-1st grade lane, and park in front of our school, on the upper or lower level. There will NOT be any available parking spots on the east side of the building. This year we are asking that parents/guardians do not stand outside our lower east exit door area, as we will have more students in the K-1st pick-up area. Please meet your child further down the sidewalk closer to the fire lane or meet at the park.

AM drop-off is the same. K-5 is dropped off at the flagpole in front of the school. Please have your child ready to go, to help our line go smoothly.

    • If you would like to volunteer at DeMiguel School, please contact your classroom teacher or our front office. We  need volunteers to read with children, shelve books in the library,  participate on PTO committees, and much much more. Your partnership makes for strong winning teams for our children.
