Killip awarded Helios STEM Grant

In the 2013 - 2014 school year Killip will increase its Science Technology Engineering and Math integration in the curriculum. As Killip begins to integrate the Helios Foundation and Science Foundation Arizona partnerships into the Killip community look forward to many new adventures in the months to come. Killip has been creating many new Community partnerships with local companies and agencies as the Killip Community evolves into a college and career ready environment for all learners. Rachel's Challenge comes to Killip

 Kindness and spreading acts of kindness was the message from the Rachel's Challenge Assembly.
 Students heard a message about kindness and good character.
The students have been challenged to pass on acts of kindness and look for kindness around them.
 Afterwards the classes Did their University Chants as a No Excuses!® School.

    tickets for use on games, food, and the haunted house are 25¢ each.
