AOL Users
AOL saves pages on its proxy server for a period of 24 hours. This means that you may not see the new update, even after it has been posted. Clicking Reload will work for all users, except for AOL users. AOL users will only get the version saved on the proxy server at AOL, which could be up to 24 hours old.
Solution for AOL users:
Windows machines -
Hold down the CONTROL key while you click the RELOAD button. This should force the proxy server to check with our web site to see if the page has been updated. (NOTE: This will clear your cache history)
Macintosh computers -
You must reduce your browser History to "0" and manually clear all pages in history. Then click Reload.
