South Beaver School has been a part of the city of Flagstaff for over sixty years, making it an historical landmark. Not only is the building itself of special interest, but the many generations of students, faculty and staff who sat in its classrooms, taught its classes and helped run the school are quite special also. Unfortunately, some of the early generations who were at our school are getting old or are no longer with us. What they experienced, what they remember and who they have become are very important not just to South Beaver, but to the entire Flagstaff community. The current faculty, staff and students are putting a multi-year project together that would gather information, memorabilia and photos of all those who have been a part of our school. It is a true history project. One that will make us aware of our past in order to better understand our future.

We would like to ask each of you to be a part of this history project. Tell us your story. If you know anyone who is no longer living in Flagstaff but who had a connection to South Beaver School, send us their address. We are particularly interested in those who were a part of the school in its early years.
