Health care options for families in financial need
AHCCCS: This is a state program providing free health care to families and people of all ages who fall under certain financial requirements. Eligibility information can be found at the Coconino County Health Department, or on the web @ www.ahcccs.state.az.us .
Kids Care: This state program is a low cost health insurance for children ages 19 and under whose families fall under certain financial requirements. Eligibility information can be found at the Coconino County Health Department, or on the web @ www.kidscare.state.az.us .
Coconino County Health Department (CCHD) : The CCHD provides a wide spectrum of services to the community including immunizations, well child clinics, teen clinics, and information on state health programs. For more information please call (928) 522-7920.
