  • Exemptions for Immunizations

    Cromer Elemtary School is participating in a pilot study through ADHS to decrease the occurance of vaccine preventable diseases.In order to obtain an exemption form parents/guardians of Cromer students must take an online course.Once the course is complete it can be downloaded and signed.The form must be given or emailed to the health office at twaldrop@fusd1.org.

    Coconino County Health and Human Services Cilinic offers Immunization Clinics Mondays-Thursdays from 8 am to 5 pm by appointment only. Masks are required to enter the clinic.
