Yá'át'ééh, my name is Amy N. Begay, I will be teaching Navajo I, Navajo I-Immersion, Navajo Language & Culture, Navajo Phase I and Navajo Phase II courses at Sinagua Middle school.  I am of the Tangle People, born for the Salt People clan.  My maternal clan is Towering House and my paternal clan is Black Streaked clan.  I am originally from Rock Point, Arizona and I have resided in Flagstaff for 27 years.  I am looking forward to a great year working with each child learn the Diné language.  I will be teaching Navajo reading, writing, speaking.  Again, thank you for giving me the opportunity to teach your child in Diné.
