Degrees and Certifications:

Cristina Guerrero

Hi Fabulous 4th Grade Students and Families,

My name is Cristina Guerrero and I am one of the 4th grade teachers Killip Elementary. I am originally from Southern California, but have lived in Flagstaff for the past 7 years. I graduated with my bachelors degree in Elementary and Special Education from Northern Arizona University. I have been with FUSD for about 3 years now- 1 year of student teaching and being a substitute and 2 years as a certified teacher. I started my student teaching in the 3rd grade in the fall of 2017 and took over long-term subbing in the 5th grade shortly after that. I was hired on in the fall of 2018! I work with the best team ever! 4th grade is filled with lots of fun and laughter, day in and day out!

I have the best dog-child ever! Her name is Beatrice and she is 8 years old. She is what takes up most of my time when I am not teaching. You will most definitely meet her if/when you show up to Killip events after school!
