Hello,

This is my first year at Sinagua and I am very excited to be joining the team as a 7th grade science teacher.  I was born and raised in Flagstaff and am very happy to be back.  For the past 8 years I have been teaching middle school science in Tucson and before that I lived and taught in New Hampshire.  I graduated with a BS in biology from NAU and have a Masters degree from Antioch University New England in Keene, NH.  I love learning and doing science and giving students real experiences that excite them to explore how science relates to their own life.   Specifically, students will be exploring topics in cell biology, force and motion, and plate tectonics.  I am committed to providing a safe, productive, encouraging, and collaborative environment for all students.  Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions or concerns.  Email is the based way to reach me and I will return messages within 24 hours.
