Hello Sinagua Families!
I hope you all are healthy, safe, and staying positive.
In this time of uncertainty, I would like to reassure you that teachers and staff are working hard to create some interactive lessons that are safe and accessible to complete at home. Students can find these lessons and other information / announcements on googleclassroom. Throughout the year we have used google classroom to complete in class assignments as well as homework assignments. Students should be very familiar and comfortable with using google classroom, but if problems occur please contact me.

Parents: If you would like to be added to google classroom as a "guardian" in the classroom, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email you'd like to use and I will add you ASAP
Internet Problems: If students do not have access to internet on a regular basis, they can use a hotspot or go to the parkinglot of any FUSD school to use the internet there for a short time. We've learned that students must be online initially to access anything in Google Drive (document, presentation, etc) but they can then select the option to work offline (three dots, top right) and switch the slider to Available Offline. After doing this, the student can open Google Docs and have Offline access (check the three lines by the Search menu). Students can then edit and save these files. Again, contact me if you need help with this.
Contact: Please contact me with any questions or concerns. The best way to contact me is using email between the hours of 8-4 Monday through Friday. During these hours, I will be constantly checking my email and will respond very quickly. Students may also send me a message through googleclassroom. If need be you can also use the phone number: (480) 331-6284 to contact me.
