Welcome all! I will be your teacher for 6th grade math and social studies. I am so excited to be a part of the Sinagua team! This will be my first year at this school but not my first year teaching. I graduated from NAU and have taught for the past 4 years. Now, I get to be a part of an amazing school in the community I live in! 

My wife, Selina, and I moved to Flagstaff to pursue our passion for education about 6 years ago and love it here! We have a dog named Winston and we spend a lot of our time outdoors. I have way too many hobbies including gaming, hiking, kayaking, rockclimbing, skateboarding, woodworking, gardening, and a handful more!

I really love to travel! I have gone to some historical places and my favorite thing to do is to visit the museums there. Traveling around our own country is fun but I also love to travel to different countries with different cultures. I have traveled to New Zealand, Mexico, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Germany, Estonia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Curacao, China, and Russia. I hope to add more countries to that list but we are living in some historic times which is exciting and nerve-racking! 

I know that this year will be different than anything that you, or I, have experienced. We will work together and have a great year learning with each other!
