FACTS ENROLLMENT NOW OPEN FOR 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR

Space is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.  

Parents and/or guardians can now enroll their student(s) for the FACTS before and after school program for the 2023-2024 school year using Eleyo, our online registration portal. If you don’t already have an account on Eleyo, the FACTS Parent Account Help Sheet will take you through the steps of how to set up your account.  

ENROLL YOUR STUDENT(S) FOR FACTS NOW

When enrolling your child, you will need to:

• Select every date that you would like your child to attend. 
• Have a credit card or bank account information accessible.  (You will not be able to complete enrollment until either a credit card or bank account is on file for auto pay.)
• Provide names and contact information for at least 2 emergency contacts.

All enrollment contracts are reviewed and approved by a FACTS team member based on available space. You may only be approved for some of the dates requested depending on the availability.

Once you have enrolled, you will receive an email notifying you that we are processing your pending contract. If approved, you will receive a second email letting you know your contract has been approved. Be certain to review the dates approved as we may not be able to fill all of your requested dates. If you did not receive all of the dates requested, you can be added to a waitlist for these dates by logging into your account and making a schedule change request. You will not be added to the waitlist for these additional dates unless you have completed the schedule change request.
