Flagstaff Unified School District is in the process of adopting new curriculum for K-5 Science Adoption. According to Board Policy (5-207 Curriculum Adoption) materials recommended by the materials adoption committee will be placed on public display for 60 days prior to the board meeting at which the Governing Board will consider the adoption as per the committee’s final recommendation. The proposed curriculum adoption materials are currently being piloted by several elementary school teachers.

This adoption is mostly Digital, with online subscriptions for teachers and students. You can view the curriculum by following the directions below for each curriculum’s online resource links. The Nat Geo Teacher Editions for Grades 4-5 can be viewed at the Flagstaff Unified School District’s Administrative Office at 3285 E. Sparrow Avenue, in the Curriculum & Instruction Office, 9:00 am – 3:00 PM until April 12, 2024.
