Community Resources

We know that the current economic and mental health situation is a concern for many families. We are providing you with a few links and some information regarding who to contact if you are in need. There are resources for middle school and high school students, mental health provider information, and general community resources. Also, feel free to reach out to our school counselor if you need other assistance during this difficult time.

 

Mental Health Crisis Resources

  • WHICC (928) 289-4646 
  • Flagstaff Medical Center Behavorial Health/Emergency Room (FMC BH) - (928) 779-3366. Anyone who is in a psychiatric crisis can go to the FMC emergency room for evalution. Any adult with AHCCCS in crisis will be referred to TGC. Non-AHCCCS adults needing to be assessed for a psychistric crisis will be managed by FMC for placement. The adolescent unit at FMC is currently closed for remodeling. Adolescents needing assessment for a psychiatric crisis will be managed at FMC BH staff in the ER.
  • The Guidance Center (TGC) (928) 527-1899 - Crisis response by calling the mailline and connecting to their crisis person on duty. Any adult patient eho has AHCCCS and in need of assessment for psychiatric crisis will managed at TGC. Non-AHCCS patients need to go to the FMC ER.
  • Child and Fmaily Support Services (CFSS) (928) 266-6244 - 24/7 Crisis Line CFSS is working with their enrolled clients as scheduled and as needed, Enrolled clients in crisis need to call the CFSS crisis kine and will be managed by the CFSS team.
