Weaving Demonstration at Thomas
On Friday, November 4, 2022, our students had the great opportunity to learn from Navajo weaver, Ms. Mae Zee. She brought her loom and other weaving tools to the school to demonstrate her craft and answer questions from the students.
We are grateful to the FUSD Native American Education Department and Thomas teachers, Ms. Arnold and Ms. Tsouras for their thoughtful collaboration and support.
