Are you or is someone you know interested in becoming a bus driver? The Flagstaff Unified School District (FUSD) is hosting a “Drive the Bus” event from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at the FUSD Bus Yard located at 5400 E. Railhead Ave., Flagstaff, AZ 86004.  

Attendees with a valid Arizona driver’s license will have the hands-on opportunity to drive a school bus around a driving course set up at the Bus Yard. Additionally, participants will learn about the many perks of becoming an FUSD bus driver including the job duties, work schedule, pay, and benefits. Recruits seeking employment will also have the opportunity to apply for bus driver positions on site.
