Decoste Writing Protocol
Project Matters has the DeCoste Writing Protocol available. The DeCoste Writing Protocol compares a child’s individual performance across handwriting and keyboarding tasks to examine spelling performance and writing skills in order to make informed decisions about instructional strategies and the appropriate use of technology, in order to meet classroom demands.
If you would like to use this tool please contact Project Matters at jdoneski-nicol@fusd1.org.
A recorded webinar regarding this protocol is also at https://learningtools.donjohnston.com/webinar/the-decoste-writing-protocol/
