Using iPads, a cutting edge technology, is a perfect fit for motivating and engaging students in project-based learning experiences. With constant access to the iPads, students have ample time to complete research, reflect on learning and progress in an ongoing fashion, and use creativity tools to collaborate and develop illustrations and narratives for a final product. This session will include hands-on demonstrations and examples to discuss ways to integrate iPads with core content standards. Participants in the morning session are limited to teachers from Thomas and PdH. The afternoon session is open to all FUSD teachers.
