    Diversity Awareness & Education:  Teaching Tolerance is an awesome site for finding lessons and free resources for teaching students about diversity.  There are even free lessons you can download for special events or topics.  This is also a great site for ideas that may be useful in the classroom for Martin Luther King or Rosa Parks units.



    Positive Behavior Support:  Positive Behavior Support is our system for teaching and recognizing positive behaviors at our school.  It is a nationally recognized model for preventing unwanted behaviors and creating a safe learning environment.  To find out more about the ideas behind how PBS works please visit the following website.



    Character Counts:  Get ideas for incorporating Character lessons and concepts into your curriculum.



    Internet Safety/Cyberbullying:  i-SAFE is an organization dedicated to teaching students how to use technology safely and to prevent cyberbullying.  Get ideas for lessons and guidelines for computer use at school and home.



    Bully Prevention:  Access online information that you can use in class for discussing what bullying is and what kids can do to help stop it.  This site also has free online webisodes about bullying that kids LOVE!  You can use them in class for discussing and teaching various bully prevention concepts.
