    The S.M.A.R.T. program is Killip's whole school positive behavior recognition program.

    S.M.A.R.T. stands for 
    Successful, Mindful Achievers, who are Respectful and Trustworthy

     


    The Killip S.M.A.R.T. Pledge: As a Killip Cougar, I am a Successful, Mindful Achiever, who is Respectful and Trustworthy.


    The S.M.A.R.T. Matrix is the whole school behavioral expectations for different areas of the school. Signs are posted all around the school to remind the students of the behavioral expectations for all students.

    The Purpose of the SMART program is to provide positive reinforcement of behaviors.
