Killip's Evergreens Club Logo
  • Evergreens is a team driven by service learning and environmental education. Students are able to learn through exploration of the local environment whether that be a walk around Francis Short pond or observation and identification of local plants and animals. Students get to engage in creative activities like building and making their own bird food and bird feeders or assembling their own picture frames from materials found outdoors. An inherent sense of respect for the Earth and a unifying goal for preservation and sustainability within daily life is instilled within students while partaking in activities that stimulate creativity and curiosity.

Evergreens meetings are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4:30p- 5:30p.
