Hi Everyone!

I just wanted to let you all know that while were are at home to help prevent the spread of this virus, I am at home thinking of you all!  Please know that your Killip Cougar Family is thinking of you and we miss you greatly.  We look forward to a time that we can return to school with everyone safe and healthy.  In the meantime, I will be adding some websites and resources for your families to use.  If you have any questions or needs while we are away, please email me at the address below and I will do my best to help you.

1. Go Noodle - This site has short brainbreak videos for your child to use when they are needing to get out some energy.

2. Cosmic Kid Yoga - This site has fun yoga videos you child (an parents!) to follow along with and get some exercise at home.

3. Mindfulness for Kids - This site has mindfulness videos and challenges for kids.  It is free when you create an account with an email address.
