FUSD Tax Credit Donation Information
January 14, 2026
Dear FUSD Families and Staff,
Did you know you can directly support Flagstaff Unified School District programs at no additional cost to you through the Arizona Tax Credit?
Arizona tax law (ARS 43-1089.01) allows taxpayers to receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit for contributions made or fees paid to a public school for support of extracurricular activities.
Here’s how it works:
You can receive a tax credit of up to $200 for single taxpayers, heads of household, or married filing separately.
Up to $400 for married taxpayers filing jointly
You do not need to have a student enrolled in FUSD to participate
Donations are non-refundable, but they reduce the amount of state taxes you owe
For a tax credit to be claimed for 2025, your donation must be processed by April 15, 2026.
You have a choice: send all of your tax dollars to the State, or have some of them used right here in Flagstaff to support student programs and activities that make a real difference.
How to Donate:
To make a donation to the school and/or program of your choice, please donate online here: Donate Now
When donating, please note:
You must select a school and an item you are donating to.
If you would like to donate to a district program such as Camp Colton, select an elementary or middle school from the School dropdown, then select Camp Colton from the Item dropdown.
For more information, we encourage you to watch the informational videos, read the brochure, or view the presentation available on our website here.
