Debra King, Director

Debra King started as the toddler teacher in 2004 and for the last 15 years has been working as the Director for the Eagles Crest program. Debra has an AS Degree in Early Childhood Education and an AS Degree in Early Childhood Administrative.  She has worked for 24 years as an early childhood professional. She has a diploma from Brooks College and Bryman Medical School.  Debra has 1800 hours of continuing education in early childhood development.

Mary Marino, Site-Manager

Mary has lived in Flagstaff for twenty-seven years.  She has five grown children, a nine-year-old granddaughter and twin three-year-old grandsons. She worked at Little Ropers for three years as an infant teacher and a site-manager. We are blessed to have her come and work with our infants.  Mary loves crafting, reading, and traveling, but most importantly, she loves being with her family.

Aaliyah Ulibarri,  Preschool Teacher

Aaliyah is attending Coconino Community College where she plans to transfer to Northern Arizona University to earn her degree in Early Childhood Education.  She graduated from Flagstaff High School and took early childhood development for three years.  While she attended high school, Aaliyah worked in Eagles Crest as a lab class for her early child development class.  Aaliyah is passionate about teaching and working with children of all age.

Ashley Crawford,  Preschool Teacher

Ashley has lived in Flagtaff since 2020, when she moved here to attend college.  She is a graduate of Northern Arizona University, where she earned dual bachelor's degrees in finance and French.  With over five years of babysitting experience, Ashley loves working with children and finds joy supporting them as they learn and grow.  Outside of the classroom, Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family, baking, reading, and relaxing with her favority shows.

Nancy Davis, Busy Bee's Teacher
Nancy Davis is originally from Pennsylvania. She has lived in Arizona for 22 years, 8 in Flagstaff.  She spent 7 years as a Para educator for the Scottsdale Unified School District before moving to Flagstaff in 2012.  She has been part of the Flagstaff Unified School District for seven years, working with children from birth to five-year-olds in a classroom setting.  In Nancy’s spare time she enjoys hiking and traveling.

Nancy Davis, Busy Bee's Teacher

Nancy Davis is originally from Pennsylvania. Lorina Tungovia, Busy Bee's Teacher

Lorina Tungovia is from the Hopi Reservation.  She graduated from Hopi Jr/Sr High School.  Lorina is planning on attending college for early childhood education. She loves watching children grow and learn new things.  In her spare time she loves to bake, dance, bindge watch tv shows, and spending time with family.

Samantha Hancock, Breaker Teacher


Samantha is from California and has lived in Flagstaff for almost 16 years.  She has a BA in Elementary Education with an emphasis on Early Childhood.  She has worked as a preschool teacher for the last 7 years.  She is passionate about working with children in the Early Childhood setting.  Samantha loves spending time with her friends and family.  She also enjoys hiking in her free time, especially in the Sedona area.

Kristen Polivema, Infant Teacher

Kristen is from the Hopi reservation, and has lived in Flagstaff for the majority of her life.  She loves working with the infants, watching them grow and develop.  In her free time, Kristen enjoys catching up on TV shows and spending time with family and friends.
