Debra King, Director
Debra King started as the toddler teacher in 2004 and for the last 18 years has been working as the Director for the Eagles Crest program. Debra has an AS Degree in Early Childhood Education and an AS Degree in Early Childhood Administrative. She has worked for 45 years as an early childhood professional. She has a diploma from Brooks College and Bryman Medical School.

Justine Harvey, Site-Manager
Justine has worked for Eagles Crest for 5 years she grew up in Flagstaff. She is an alumni of Flagstaff High School. Justine loves working with children of all ages. She started as a toddler teacher and has since worked in all of the class in the Center. Now as the Site Manager she is excited to plan the Center’s events and help the Center grow.

Isabella Sloma, AM Preschool Teacher
Bella has lived in Flagstaff for almost five years. She enjoys reading books, watching movies, listening to music, and, most importantly, spending time with the people she loves. This is Bella’s first year at Eagles Crest, and she brings four years of experience working in childcare and teaching.

Nije Davis, PM Preschool Teacher
Nije Davis is our PM Preschool teacher. She is currently a student at Northern Arizona University, studying Communication Sciences and Disorders, with plans to pursue a career in Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology. Nije is passionate about supporting children as they learn, grow, and develop, and I look forward to bringing that passion into the classroom. When Nije is not at NAU or in the classroom, you can find her reading a good book, trying new restaurants, dancing with friends, or dreaming up fun and creative activities for the children. She is so grateful for the opportunity to be part of your child’s educational journey. Nije look forward to a wonderful year filled with creative crafts, lots of laughter, exciting learning experiences, and many special memories!

Kayla Bell, AM Dynmaic Dino’s Teacher
Kayla is our AM Dino’s teacher. She is an undergraduate student at Northern Arizona University, where she is working toward her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and believes in the importance of physical activity and hands-on learning for children.Outside of the classroom, Kayla loves to dance and enjoys spending time with her two cats and two guinea pigs. Her favorite color is orange!

Sherece Bilagody, PM Dynamic Dino’s Teacher
Sherece is our PM Dino’s Teacher. She is from Second Mesa, Arizona, and more specifically the village of Shungopavi on the Hopi Reservation. Sherece is a proud mother of two wonderful boys, who are her greatest joy. Before becoming a mom, Sherece gained valuable experience working with children of all ages. She has worked with the North Pole Experience and the F.A.C.T.S. program, where she developed a passion for supporting and connecting with children. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with the children and watching them thrive throughout the school year.

Lorina Tungovia, Busy Bee's Teacher
Lorina Tungovia is from the Hopi Reservation. She graduated from Hopi Jr/Sr High School. Lorina is planning on attending college for early childhood education. She loves watching children grow and learn new things. In her spare time she loves to bake, dance, bindge watch tv shows, and spending time with family.

Nancy Davis, Busy Bee's Teacher
Nancy Davis is originally from Pennsylvania. She has lived in Arizona for 22 years, 8 in Flagstaff. She spent 7 years as a Para educator for the Scottsdale Unified School District before moving to Flagstaff in 2012. She has been part of the Flagstaff Unified School District for seven years, working with children from birth to five-year-olds in a classroom setting. In Nancy’s spare time she enjoys hiking and traveling.

Siahna Gonzales, AM Infant Teacher
Siahna Gonzales is our AM Infant Teacher. She joined our team after moving to Munds Park in April 2026 from Southern California. Siahna relocated with her boyfriend and her two children from Southern California in April 2026. Siahna is also pursuing her education at Coconino Community College, where she is working toward an Associate degree in Radiologic Technology.

Kristen Polivema, PM Infant Teacher
Kristen is from the Hopi reservation, and has lived in Flagstaff for the majority of her life. She loves working with the infants, watching them grow and develop. In her free time, Kristen enjoys catching up on TV shows and spending time with family and friends.

Samantha Hancock, Breaker Teacher
Samantha is from California and has lived in Flagstaff for almost 16 years. She has a BA in Elementary Education with an emphasis on Early Childhood. She has worked as a preschool teacher for the last 7 years. She is passionate about working with children in the Early Childhood setting. Samantha loves spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys hiking in her free time, especially in the Sedona area.

Gabriella D’Agostino, Sub-Caregiver
Gabriella is one of our wonderful sub-caregivers! She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Northern Arizona University and is a certified K–8 Special Education teacher. Gabriella is excited to be part of our team and looks forward to a wonderful new school year!

Naliese Lomakema, Sub-Caregiver
Naliese is one of our wonderful sub-caregivers! At 17 years old, she brings a fun and caring spirit to our childcare team.She is from the village of Shungopavi on the Hopi Reservation and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She especially loves country dancing! Looking toward the future, Naliese dreams of attending Haskell Indian Nations University to pursue a degree in Psychology.
