- Infants (6 weeks to 1 year): $295.00 per week
- Busy Bees (1-2 years old): $280.00 per week
- Dynamic Dinos (2-3 years old): $280.00 per week
- Preschool (3-5 years old): $265.00 per week
- Annual Registration Fee: $150.00 per child, per year
Tuition is billed every two weeks in advance and is due on the first day of the week.
To request enrollment for Eagles Crest you will need to use this link: Flagstaff Unified School District. Click the pull-down menu on Explore All Programs. Then, in the blue box on the left, click FUSD Child Enrichment Centers, then select learn more. Make sure you select the right school year/summer for Eagles Crest when registering your child. There is a $150 registration fee that your account will be charged once I have accepted your contract (confirmation your child has a spot in Eagles Crest).
**Please note that completing and submitting the request for enrollment form does not guarantee your child will have a reserved spot. To confirm if there is a spot available for your child, please contact Debra King at (928) 773-8127.

Eagles Crest is using Eleyo for request enrollment, registration, and online payments. Go to Flagstaff Unified School District to begin this process.
Review our account creation help page for step-by-step instructions on how to create your account. After setting up your account, make sure to add family and emergency contacts. Once you have completed the setup, notification will be sent to the Center's director. If there are spots available for the age of your child, you will receive a confirmation of enrollment email. If you don't receive confirmation, that means there are no current spots available and your child has been placed on the waiting list. Please use your best judgment and DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO SCHOOL IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS EXIST:
- If your child is running a fever over 100.0 (Please do not give your child Tylenol or any other fever reducer to keep the fever down so they can attend school. A masked fever can still infect others.
- If your child has a continuous runny nose, and/or green (infectious) drainage from the nose, please keep them at home. It is impossible to stop the spread of germs when a child’s nose is continuously running.
- If your child has a cough or wheezing which causes them pain, stress, discomfort, or produces excessive phlegm, please keep them at home.
- If your child is suffering from diarrhea, vomiting, sore throat or other flu-like symptoms, they need to be kept home until they are symptom free for at least 24 hours.
- If your child has a contagious disease, virus, undiagnosed rash, red draining eyes, or open cold sores, they cannot return until they are symptom free for at least 24 hours.
- If your child receives antibiotics or medication from the doctor for any infection** (viral or bacterial) they need to stay home for at least 24 hours.
- If your child develops a temperature of 100.0 or higher, or any of the above listed symptoms of illness while at the Center, the staff will need to make arrangements for your child to be picked up, or pick your child up within 30 minutes from the time of notification.
