By June 2026, the Superintendent will facilitate refined budget and resource management strategies to include: a. Robust forecasting models for operational, capital, and programmatic needs enabling proactive planning for future needs. b. Transparent processes for resource allocation explicitly tied to FUSD strategic plan priorities and voter-approved initiatives. c. Contingency planning mechanisms to address unforeseen financial challenges. d. Regular monitoring and reporting protocols to ensure fiscal accountability and progress towards long-term financial stability.

By May 2026, the Superintendent will lead the Flagstaff Unified School District in strengthening its systems, culture, and practices to foster a thriving learning and working environment.
