Dear FUSD Families,

As we prepare for the start of the 2026–2027 school year, we want to remind families that applications for free and reduced-price school meals are now available.

Flagstaff Unified School District participates in the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program, providing nutritious meals to students every school day.

2026–2027 Meal Prices

  • Breakfast: $2.25

  • Elementary Lunch: $3.60

  • Middle & High School Lunch: $3.70

Families may qualify for free school meals based on household income or other eligibility criteria. Eligible students receive breakfast and lunch at no cost.

Applications are now available online and only one application per household is required.

Apply online: https://linqconnect.com/public/meal-application/new?identifier=N758GH

Paper applications are also available at the FUSD Food Service Office (3285 E. Sparrow Ave.) and at most FUSD schools.

Households may also automatically qualify if they participate in programs such as SNAP, TANF, or FDPIR, or if children are identified as foster, homeless, migrant, or runaway. If you believe your child qualifies but have not received notification, please contact us.

Families experiencing changes in household income or family size during the school year are encouraged to submit a new application, as eligibility may change.
