► FUSD will ensure that each student, regardless of their background, income, or learning needs, has access to high-quality programs. We are committed to closing achievement gaps by increasing participation in preschool, advanced classes, and dual enrollment for students.
► FUSD will decrease demographic disparities in student discipline outcomes. We will focus on consistent practices for teaching and learning from mistakes, open communication, and restoring relationships rather than just relying on punishment.
► FUSD will create welcoming school communities where each student feels safe, valued, and supported in their learning and personal growth. We will listen closely to feedback from students and families to make sure our schools are inclusive for everyone.
