Fingerprint Clearance Cards

  • Some employees must maintain a current and valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPCC) issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.  Cards may take 4 to 6 weeks to process, please plan accordingly when renewing or obtaining your IVP FPCC.

    Obtaining a Packet

    Employees or prosepctive employees will need an application packet for a FPCC.  These can be obtained from the Human Resources department, with Flagstaff Police Department located at 911 Sawmill Road, Flagstaff, AZ or by call the Arizona Department of Public Safety at 602-223-2279 and request a packet be mailed.  Information can be found on the Arizona Department of Education webiste at http://www.azed.gov/educator-certification/fingerprint-clearance-card-ivp/

    Fees

    The fee for the FPCC is $67.00 in addition to the $6.00 processing fee when obtained through the Flagstaff Police Department.  Payment must be made in the form of money order, cashier's check or buisness check.  Personal checks and cash are not accepted.  Fees for other locations may vary.  Fee's for renewals are the same as initial processing.

    Renewal

    Individuals who have a current FPCC may obtain a renwal without having to have their prints retaken.  Please follow the directions on the application packet under the heading IVP Renewal Application.

Absence Reporting

  • Employees must submit time off request via Absence Management (formerly AESOP).  Employees will user ID will be their ID plus 3 trailing zeros.  Employees may also access the system via phone at 800-942-3767.  Employees can access Absence Management by clicking on Absence Management.

     


Employee Discount Program

  • Employees of Flagstaff Unified School District have the opportunity to take advantage of product and service discounts offered by various businesses.

    An opportunity for businesses to offer a discount or incentive to school district employees on an annual basis.  The discount on products and services will be placed on the FUSD website for all district employees to view for one full year.  Business will need to review the Employee Discount Program Guidelines and complete and submit the FUSD Employee Discount Program Application.  Guidelines and Applications may be obtained through the Human Resource department.  Employees may view the list of eligible discounts on services or products by selecting Employee Discount Program link.

  • ** Note: FUSD employees are considered State/Government employees and often national hotel chains offer discounts. When making reservations, just ask the agent for a State/Government discount.
