Advanced Placement (AP)
About:
We offer a variety of Advanced Placement (AP) courses using the approved College Board curriculum. These courses typically progress through the curriculum at a faster pace and go more in-depth with some topics. Students also have the opportunity at the end of each course to take an AP exam that potentially makes them eligible to earn college credit (university dependent).

Career and Technical Education (CTE)
About:
We offer a variety of Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses using state a nationally approved curriculum. Upon completion of a course sequence, students may be eligible for industry certification.

CAVIAT
About:
CAVIAT Central Programs are enhanced CTE programs of study that are offered at post-secondary institutions and/or CAVIAT owned or operated facilities. These central programs may or may not follow a typical high school schedule. These programs allow students the ability to earn industry certification, college credit, college certification and internship opportunities.

Coconino Institute of Technology (CIT)
About:
CIT is a school within a school that serves students who are academically focused and intellectually gifted. CIT provides a unique science and engineering curriculum and social support within the larger high school environment.
Grades Available:
9th, 10th, and 11th
Admissions:
Admissions based on application and entrance exam completed during the 8th-grade year.

Dual Enrollment (DE)
About:
We offer a variety of Dual Enrollment (DE) courses in English, Mathematics, and Career and Technical Education (CTE). These courses allow students to potentially earn college credit through Coconino Community College (CCC).

International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme
About
The International Baccalaureate Diploma Program is a comprehensive and rigorous liberal arts curriculum, leading to examinations in the junior and senior years. It is designed for the dedicated student wishing to explore an interdisciplinary approach to their education.

JROTC
About
The JROTC Program is a service to our nation that provides students the motivation and skills to graduate from high school and become successful citizens. We work to instill in students the values of citizenship, service to our community, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment. There is absolutely no military service obligation for participation in the JROTC Program.

Link Leadership
About:
Junior and senior students serve as mentors to all freshman students for the entire school year as freshman students transition into high school.

Project Lead the Way (PLTW)
About
Project Lead The Way (PLTW) is a national (and innovative) program forming partnerships among public schools, higher education institutions, and the private sector. It is a project-based learning program that incorporates science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). PLTW empowers students to develop and apply in-demand, transportable skills by exploring real-world challenges in an exciting and engaging way.
