The Flagstaff Unified School District (FUSD) is thrilled to introduce ParentSquare as its new communication platform. This unified communications platform is designed to keep parents and guardians informed and encourage greater engagement and connection with our schools and district. ParentSquare provides a safe way for district administrators, school principals, teachers, staff, and parents/guardians to:

How to Register Your ParentSquare Account

All parents and guardians are automatically enrolled to receive communications from their student’s school, classroom, and even sports teams via one convenient platform. In order to log into ParentSquare and access additional features, parents/guardians will need to activate their account by clicking the activation link that was emailed and texted to them. Parents/guardians can also activate their account by visiting https://www.parentsquare.com/signin and registering with the email address or phone number that they provided in ParentVUE during school registration. Upon logging in for the first time, you will need to verify your email address, phone number, and child(ren).
For even more convenience, parents/guardians can download the ParentSquare app (available for free for iOS and Android).
Update Your Language for Communications

To ensure you receive communications from ParentSquare in your preferred language, please verify that your "Primary Home Language" is correctly selected in ParentVUE, the platform used for registering your child(ren). ParentSquare automatically sends all communications in the language families identified during the registration process.
If you'd like to update your language preference in ParentVUE, simply follow these steps:
- Visit the ParentVUE website at https://fusd1.apscc.org/login_pxp.aspx or access the ParentVUE mobile app.
- Go to 'My Account.'
- Find the 'Primary Language' section and select your preferred language.
- Click 'Update Account.'
Once you've made the update, your new language preference will be reflected in ParentSquare the next day, and you’ll start receiving communications in that language.
