    Please note: As of August 1, 2019 all vehicle requests are routed through Trip Direct. If you do not have a Trip Direct account, please contact Laura Sauer to create your login.

    You must submit a satisfactory driving record dated within the last three years in order to drive a District vehicle. Drivers with borderline records may be asked to submit updated MVRs more frequently than every three years. Request your driving record

    Small vehicle training classes:

    All staff are required to submit a 3 year motor vehicle record prior to driving a District vehicle. Staff who will be driving students need to take classroom and behind the wheel training for white fleet vehicles. If you with to drive a District vehicle without students, only the classrooom portion needs to be completed.
