School Counselor's Mission Statement
The Mission of the Flagstaff Unified School District Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive guidance program (Kindergarten thru 12th grade). Our counselors address the academic, personal/social, and career development needs in classrooms, small groups and individual settings. We recognize each student's potential for growth within the context of his or her individual, family, multicultural, and human perspective; as we prepare students to contribute in an ever changing world.
The FUSD Comprehensive School Counseling Program follows the American School Counselors Associations National (ASCA) model.
