    COCONINO COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES DEPARTMENT

    NORTH COUNTY HEALTH CARE

    POORE MEDICAL CLINIC - FREE CARE

    Provides free medical care for those that qualify. Adult and pediatric patients seen. No walk-ins. Call the clinic for a qualification screening at (928) 213-5543. You must be a Coconino County Resident.
